Day-01: Arrive Trivandrum
On arrival at the Trivandrum airport, our travel executive will take you to the hotel where we will be holding the rooms on ready occupancy basis. The city is gateway to one of the most beautiful states in India -Kerala. Overnight in Trivandrum.
Day-02: In Trivandrum
In the morning, after breakfast we will take you on a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum visiting - Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple, Kuthiramalaika Royal Palace Museum, Napier Museum and Sree Chitra Art Gallery. Spend overnight in Trivandrum.
Day-03: Trivandrum-Houseboat
This day, take a drive from Alleppey (170 kms/03 hrs) to take an overnight ride on the Houseboat cruise in the backwaters of Kerala. You would also view the palm-fringed canals on the adventurous boat ride. Enjoy the candlelit dinner on the houseboat. Stay overnight on the houseboat.
Day-04: Houseboat-Kumarakom
This day, the houseboat will reach Kumarakom. Check into the Coconut Lagoon Resort. You would definitely have a unique and memorable experience at the resort. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day-05: Kumarakom-Periyar
After breakfast, we have arranged a drive for you from Kumarakom to Periyar. On arrival in Periyar, check in the Spice Village Resort. Periyar is famous for the Periyar Bird Sanctuary, one of the best maintained wildlife sanctuaries in South India. If you are lucky enough you can spot elephants, leopards, tigers and bisons, amongst various other species of flora and fauna. Overnight at the Spice Village Resort.
Day-06: In Periyar
This morning you would go on a boat ride to the Periyar Lake. After the boat ride, you move forward for trekking the jungle and taking a closer look of the wildlife. Overnight at the Spice Village Resort.
Day-07: Periyar-Munnar
Take a drive from Periyar to Munnar this morning. After the 4-hour journey, you will reach one of the most beautiful Hill Stations of Kerala, "Munnar". Munnar is famous for its manicured tea plantations and quiet colonial atmosphere. Check in the Munnar Hotel and spend overnight in the hotel.
Day-08: In Munnar
This day enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar and spend the day at the hotel in leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day-09: Munnar-Cochin
Start the day taking drive for Cochin by road (135 kms/03 hrs). Cochin (or Kochi) is the palm green commercial capital of Kerala. Check in the Cochin Hotel and relax for the day. In the evening, enjoy the spectacular Kathakali Dance Show. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-10: In Cochin
After breakfast, enjoy the sightseeing tour of Cochin. You will visit some of the famous places of Cochin like St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue and the Chinese fishing nets. Spend overnight in Cochin.
Day-11: Depart Cochin
In the morning, we would take you on a trip to the remaining places of Cochin. This is the day of your departure so we would take you to the International Airport intime to board your flight home.
