Floating Palms is a venture of Club Mahindra Holidays and is located in verdant surroundings of Kovalam in Kerala India.

As the name itself suggests, Club Mahindra boasts of four elegant floating cottages that are each connected to the island by a bridge. Built on hollow lightweight concrete hulls, the cottages replicate traditional Kerala architecture. Apart from these floating cottages, there are also the land cottages that are equipped with amenities such as direct dial telephones, cable television and mini bar .The ground floor rooms have a large private verandah facing the coconut groves.
